Ingredients (makes 20 cookies):
5 heaping Tbs. Tahina Base,
3 heaping Tbs. Sugar,
50g (about 1.8oz) melted Butter,
2 Tbs. Canola Oil,
300ml (about 10oz) White Flour.
Heat oven to 170°C/350°F. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with baking paper.
Add all ingredients in a bowl, in the order listed above, and stir well.
Using slightly moistened hands, roll form the dough into balls. Place the balls on prepared cookie sheet, and slightly flatten them.
Bake for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool. Garnish with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
